In July 2019 GM Comunicazione Srl owned by Marco and Giovanni Sciscione, acquired 100% of the shares of HSE24 Spa, founded in Rome in October 2010 with the name of HSE24 and with the start of its broadcasts on channel 63 of the digital terrestrial June 2011. Until 2019, the sole shareholder of the Italian company was Home Shopping Europe GmbH, German leader in Home Shopping since 1995 with Live broadcasts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Dubai. In 2018 HSE24 won the Best Multi-Channel champion EMMA Award (ERA Europe Multi-Channel Multi-Screen Awards) and in the same year, included in the Lifestyle & Shopping category, it is the only Telesales company with the Best Customer Service. In the span of 12 years we have become a major e-commerce reality with over a million customers.
Over the years the company has grown, managing to guarantee an exciting and exclusive shopping experience thanks also to the renewed and strong collaboration with the queen of fitness, Jill Cooper and through a portfolio made up of internationally renowned brands such as Schlankstuetz, Caprice, Jürgen Hirsch , Biomed, James Lakeland, The JetSetters, as well as several private labels.
